Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client, a boutique commercial law firm based in Liverpool City Centre are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Property department.

The role will involve dealing with your own caseload of Residential conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Transfer of Equity, Residential Leases, Remortgages, Plot Sales & Development and New Builds for Freehold & Leasehold properties from Instruction to Completion. There is also the possibility of dealing with a small number of Commercial Property matters.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing and experience of dealing with Commercial Property matters would be advantageous. Additionally you will work well under pressure, be comfortable working under minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
