Revenue Assistant (3 years experience)

Our client is a leading Intellectual Property firm with exclusive world leading clients. Offices are based in central London.

The firm is now seeking to hire a Revenue Assistant with experience of delivering a first class billing service to the organisation. This is a varied role with great opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining progress reports for fee earners and partners regarding WIP
• Keen to resolve all billing queries from clients in a professional and timely manner
• Sound knowledge of using e-billing software’s.
• Keeping accurate records of all billing processes internal and external.
• Assisting other team members as and when required.
• Supporting the manager to ensure all deadlines are achieved
• Ability to work in line with specific deadlines and management.
• Producing invoices for multiple clients across all practice groups.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 previous billing processes with a corporate environment.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (to include Maths grade B or above)
• Comfortable in usage of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail orientated, methodical and thorough
• Confident in their experience and knowledge of billing to ensure completion of complex tasks
• Ability to work under pressure, deal with high volumes and meet billing deadlines
• Problem solver.
• Excellent administrative skills as well as communication skills (written and oral)
• Smart appearance in keeping with a professional environment
• Eager to learn.
