Licensed Conveyancer

A new opportunity has arisen for a Licensed Conveyancer to join an award winning establishment in the East Midlands. This role is required due to growth within the business and the Licensed Conveyancer will be joining an organisation that prides itself on providing excellent customer service. The potential Licensed Conveyancer will be working in an ambitious team as part of an organisation with a strong brand and reputation.

As a Licensed Conveyancer you will have experience in dealing with a mixed case load from instruction to completion, across a broad range of transactions. This will include but is not limited to sales, purchases, leaseholds and freeholds.
It is a requirement that the ideal candidate has a proven track record of bringing on new business and clients as well as being confident when dealing with clients over the phone.

Person Specification and Qualifications

*A qualified Licensed Conveyancer of 3 years pqe (This however is a guide so if you do feel you meet other requirements please do apply).

*Experience of managing a mixed caseload within volume conveyancing.

*Excellent Telephone Manner.

*Client Relationship Management skills and Business Development.

*Strong Organisational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines.

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from £25-35k basic; however this is negotiable for the right candidate and does not include ote. Additionally there are comprehensive benefits and corporate discounts.
