Commercial litigation Solicitor F/T or P/T: The Lake District

Our client is a High Street practice based in Kendal, a thriving market town and the gateway to the Lake District.

They are looking for a property and commercial litigation solicitor on a part-time or full-time basis with ambition to grow the client base and the following attributes and abilities:

• Motivated to provide an excellent client service.
• Experienced in property litigation and commercial litigation.
• Experience in dealing with contentious probate matters and/ or employment law preferred but not essential.
• Organised and experience in achieving agreed time recording, billing and cash collection targets.
• Great communication skills to ensure good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experienced in working within the Lexcel Standard for Practice Management.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and to mentor junior colleagues.
• Keen to participate in the department's and the firm's business development plans.

Also able to attend out-of-office appointments when required
