Residential Conveyancer

I am now recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a top-tier, Legal 500 practice in Bristol.

This position will suit a residential-property specialist who is looking to join a well-regarded and fast-paced team.

The role

The successful residential conveyancer will be offered the chance to excel and manage a more quality-based caseload, all while working within a friendly team. The salary and benefits package is competitive, and dependent on experience.

My client is a busy and successful outfit, which has a solid brand and reputation in the South West. This boutique firm is considered to be robust, and has an exceptional reputation for its litigation and property work.

In addition, the practice offers tailored advice on commercial-business matters, whilst also providing a soft and friendly approach to personal legal issues. The Residential Property team is of a good size, and can offer a full and varied caseload to the right professional.

The candidate

Applications for this role are invited from residential conveyancers, solicitors, legal executives, or fee earners who have between one and six years’ PQE. There is the possibility here for someone to work a four-day week, if needs be.

Those that have dealt with shared ownership will be at an advantage and experience of high-quality files is essential.
