My client is a full service law firm who now wish to appoint a residential conveyancer with at least 4-5 years¿ experience.
The firm has CQS accreditation and a very busy department. The role will involve managing a caseload of residential property transactions which will include sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity and mortgages from inception to conclusion.
The salary and benefits are competitive.
The firm will consider either a Qualified Solicitor or a Licenced Conveyancer or those with at least 4 years¿ experience working as a fee earner.
