City based law firm housed in stunning offices is looking to hire a new Client & Office Services Specialist to provide support across all administrative areas of the London office.  This role will form part of a three man team where the essential job functions will be part of the firm’s ‘Front of House’ – responsible for meeting and greeting, answer incoming telephone calls, schedule conference and meeting rooms, responsible for providing concierge services and ordering of food supplies; ‘Provide PA support’ – producing and amending correspondence, entering and finalising attorney time records, managing and processing expenses and assisting with legal research and ‘Office services’ – ordering stationery, reprographics services, managing the mail and log maintenance calls.  Applicants should ideally have good education, be well presented and have 6 to 12 months similar experience.  Offices are based a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street, Cannon Street and Fenchurch Street.
