This fast growing team are looking to recruit a talented Solicitor (1-4pqe) to handle a broad range of private equity and venture capital matters.

The team are highly regarded, noted for advising mid-market PE investors, VCTs and venture capital firms on a range of domestic and international transactional matters. Notably the team's client list include 'blue-chip' companies in the energy and retail sectors. Comprising 6 Partners and 11 other fee-earners, this compact team have doubled in size in the past 4 years and have a fantastic record of making people up internally.

This position would suit an ambitious Solicitor who is looking to increase their market knowledge and technical ability. Ideally candidates should have a strong background, with at least a year's experience with a notable City or Regional firm.
