Corporate Energy Associate

This national heavy-weight practice are looking to expand their renewables group who are recognised as one of the most active globally with regards to renewables M&A.

The firm are looking for an Associate to advise on the equity, structuring, joint ventures and M&A aspects of renewable energy transactions for the firm's international clients.

The team have experience in domestic renewable energy matters, including offshore wind and solar work, providing advice for clients in the financial, energy and real estate sectors.

The firm provide exceptional training and support, enabling fee-earners to develop their understanding of the market and technical ability. Further, the firm offer a market leading salary package and bonus scheme.

This opportunity is suited to a Corporate Associate who has experience in, or a keen interest of, domestic renewable energy matters. On offer is the opportunity to work closely with key Partners on high quality, international matters.

Nb There may be scope for the selected candidate to be based at the firm's offices in London or Manchester.
