Family Lawyer sought for a well-regarded firm in Harlow.
Our client is a multi-office firm with a rich history and an enviable reputation. With contracts for public funding and the sought-after CQS quality accreditation they continue to go from strength to strength. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Family Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Harlow. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload covering the full remit of private and legal aid matrimonial and children matters; to include divorce, domestic violence, complex financial disputes and child protection. With collaborative law and a focus on non-adversarial work, the ideal Lawyer will handle negotiations and, where necessary, undertake advocacy at hearings of all levels.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 – 3 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Family department.
You must have expertise encompassing both private and publicly funded work, with first class client care skills.
You will be a skilled negotiator with the ability to undertake advocacy when necessary.
Additional accreditations such as Resolution or Law Society Panel membership are desirable.
Prior business development experience and a passion for networking are essential.
You will be client-focused, driven and personable.
