My client, a leading International firm, seek an ambitious Corporate Associate to join their Guildford office. Following an incredibly successful year, the team are looking to expand. The work undertaken by the core corporate team is predominately high value, high complexity private investments, joint ventures and M&A.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to both take a leading role and support Partners on high value matters. The team advise domestic and global clients across a range of sectors on multi-billion dollar matter, working seamlessly with the London, and International offices.

Although the role is based in the firm's Guildford office, fee-earners are offered London salaries, thus making this a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a new and exciting opportunity outside of London.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics, and experience at a well-regarded city or regional firm.
