A vacancy has now arisen for a solicitor or legal executive to join the private client team in the Trowbridge office.
THE ROLE
You will be dealing with a wide range of private client work including estates administration, will drafting, lasting powers attorney and trusts. A fee-earner who is looking to develop his or her own specialist caseload in trusts or other private client work and would enjoy taking on a range of marketing and business development matters could expect to do very well here. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of 3+ years’ PQE, or have a similar level of experience as a legal executive;
Ideally, have STEP membership although this is not essential;
Have strong drafting skills;
Have excellent client-care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in an empathetic manner using clear, accessible language;
Be looking to develop your own area of specialist practice, and enjoy marketing and networking.
