Commercial Property Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top mid-sized firm in the heart of the city of London for a Commercial Property Paralegal.

The firm is award winning and the Real Estate team boasts an impressive client base of well-known retail companies, hotels and restaurants.

This Commercial Property Paralegal role is to work with one of the firm’s main client and they are seeking a talented paralegal to manage their own matters and have a high level of client contact.

Ideally the successful Commercial Property paralegal will have previous paralegal experience, preferably in commercial property, but they are also open to someone who has worked on high value residential matters who is seeking to make the move into commercial. A talented paralegal from any other commercial field with a real interest in property and who has completed the property elective will also be considered.

This role would suit a future trainee who is seeking to work for a year before starting their training contract, or equally would also be an excellent role for a candidate applying for a training contract, opportunities to get this level of client contact at a city firm are rare!
