My client, a fast growing modern organisation are seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic Legal team in London.

 The company is an innovative and fast-paced company that is constantly growing and in order to aid with their constantly evolving business they now require a Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 years of experience in:

·         Drafting and negotiating a variety of Commercial contracts.

·         Some experience in IP, IT, Technology or Corporate would be advantageous

·         Data Protection and Privacy.

Experience of stakeholder engagement will be key to this role along with the ability to clearly communicate to other departments of the organisation.
