My client are specialists, leading in the field of Patents and Trademarks. They are known for their expertise in handling major patent and trademark filing programmes on a global scale with their own clients ranging from large corporate companies to start-ups and SMEs. They have also grown their litigation practice in recent years and so it is a really exciting time to join!

The team are dynamic and hardworking. You would be joining a team who have all individually gained exceptional academics from the top universities around the country. There is a very social culture in the office and if you enjoy working in a team then this is the place for you!

Your role would require a strong knowledge of Biotechnology and Life Sciences and also experience of supplying SPCs as this is a strong area for the client. There may also be a contentious aspect should you have relevant experience or be willing to develop your skills in this area.

As the ideal candidate, you must:

• Have exceptional academics from one of the leading universities in the UK
• Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, qualified Barrister, or qualified Patent Attorney
• Have a minimum of 2 years PQE in a leading Patent Attorney firm or Life Sciences division of a leading law firm in this area
