Due to an increase in workload a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tech / Outsourcing Lawyer to join on a temporary contract for 3-6+ months. This position can be based out of their Hampshire or City offices, ideally on a full time basis but 4 days per week or 1-2 days remote working will be considered.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex outsourcing contracts, advising on general commercial matters, compliance and providing best practice solutions to the business.
To be considered you will 4+ years PQE with previous experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate strong contract drafting skills and be able to work with a high level of commercial awareness and pragmatism.
