THE ROLE:

This market leading Bournemouth based law practice is keen to appoint a well versed Private Client Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of private client matters. Working alongside some of the most knowledgeable Private Client Lawyers you will be gaining exposure to high net worth matters, tax planning work, deputyship, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, wills and a variety of other files related to private client law. The friendly and supportive private client team encourage personal aspirations and are keen to hear from individuals who have an honest and professional approach to their work.

THE CANDIDATE:

The firm are welcoming applications from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years experience in handling their own caseload of private client matters and a real passion and enthusiasm for this area of law. Having gained the relevant experience you will be well placed to provide advice on all types of private client maters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. Ideal Private Client Solicitors will be self sufficient and confident in their approach to their work.
