Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Bristol

Are you an experienced commercial litigator looking to take the next step up in your career?

My client are a national law firm with a very strong litigation presence. They currently have an opening for an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join the team at a senior level.

The successful candidate will manage their own personal caseload of high value cases as well as the proactive management and supervision of their own team of junior commercial litigators with varying caseloads. Caseload will include often high value and complex claimant and defendant matters across a wide range of commercial litigation matters including (but not limited to) professional negligence, intellectual property, construction, regulatory, insolvency, recoveries etc. You will have a good commercial and sensible approach as well as experience in or a desire to manage and mentor junior lawyers as well as experience in managing key client relationships and being involved in marketing and business development activities.
