Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a department handling some of the most high value and contentious work available.

Our client is looking to recruit a solicitor or legal executive to work alongside an experienced partner assisting on these complex cases. This is a rare chance to develop your knowledge in this area, or to move to the next level for those already working in this large loss work.

You will be a solicitor with previous experience working at an established defendant insurance department or at a top tier claimant firm. Ideally previous experience of catastrophic injury work would be an advantage. Newly qualified solicitors from such firms will also be considered.

The department deals with a variety of work including brain, spinal and amputee injury work. The work can also be very high profile involving complex liability issues, Health & Safety Executive/corporate manslaughter, historical abuse and claims against public bodies.
