The business is now looking for a confident and commercially minded paralegal or legal executive who thrives on working in a fast paced business, and is passionate about the retail and property sectors.

The Paralegal or Legal executive will report directly to both the Property Legal Counsel and the Property Portfolio Manager covering a broad spectrum of legal, property management and commercial issues. As well as assisting and taking responsibility for legal matters, you will also undertake a property management role. This will provide a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience across all property matters, taking in a variety of work including, contentious and non-contentious legal instructions, property management tasks, and advising other departments.

You ideally will have previous experience of having worked as a commercial property paralegal, either in-house or in a top city law firm. You must have a pro-active and flexible attitude and willing to work with many different people.
