My client is a Top 100 firm with offices throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor for their office in Leeds. Salary is dependent upon experience but starts at £38,000+

My client is on the panel for most major house developers and the role will comprise complex and large scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals, funding arrangements, technical advice, urban regeneration and HCA grant arrangements. Prior experience of working in Residential Development is not required as full training will be provided but a seat in Real Estate / Conveyancing is a must. Candidates must possess strong academics and a willingness to learn a new area of law!
