THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a highly motivated property legal secretary to work in a collegial team providing support to the Trust and Estate Disputes team.

You will be responsible for conducting searches and obtaining documents from Companies house, the Land Charges Department and the Probate Registry.


THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a property legal secretary with 2 years+ experience and have a strong academic background (2:1 or above) and will have worked within a leading national or London law firm.

You will have experience of working on Land Registry matters with local authorities, be responsible for liaising with third parties and prepare court documents as well as create bundles and handle hearing/trial preparation.

A good typing speed of 60 wpm is a prerequisite coupled with proof reading and strong organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to understand financial ledgers.

You'll have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
