The company is seeking an In-House Conveyancer / Case Progressor to join their City of London office.

Due to a unique nature of their business, it is essential cases complete in the fastest possible time; this role is a critical and very important one for the company. This is a brand-new role as this responsibility is currently dealt with by individual agents. You will be the first person to work in this position, due to this as the business grows so will this department, as a result of this, this role comes with excellent prospects. The companies' territory is ever expanding with plans for them to become National, and it is likely that this department will grow by several team members this year. You will ensure that as soon as the survey is completed cases are progressed very swiftly through the Conveyancing progress, you will be responsible for spotting potential problems at an early stage.

The company feel this role would suit a Residential Conveyancer due to their knowledge of the Conveyancing process / leases etc, you might be wanting to step away from a traditional fee earning role. You will have the opportunity to grow a team. You will liaise with some of London's most prestigious Solicitors.

• You should be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (either qualified or unqualified) with at least three years' experience
• You will be able to spin several plates at once
• First-class communication skills are essential
• This role has the potential to earn substantial amounts of bonus

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £75k, plus a lucrative bonus structure allowing you to increase your earnings significantly
