Agriculture Lawyer

The firm is seeking to hire an Agricultural Lawyer for their growing West End, London office.

The firm is best known for its longstanding expertise in acting for private individuals and trustees. The private client services include all aspects of tax planning, trusts and settlements, wills and probate and income tax. Heritage property is an area of special expertise, including exemption from inheritance tax and the establishment of maintenance funds. The firm has expanded its international work advising both UK domiciled and non-domiciled clients on all aspects of their affairs. The firm's landed estates expertise is an important practice area, with the firm acting for over 65 landed estates.

You will deal with an impressive amount of Agriculture and Landed Estates work. You will work alongside a client base of 65 landed estates; this will be a hands-on role where you will get a good exposure. This will mainly be transactional work, but will be broad ranging; this variety will make for a very interesting role. The team has a wealth of expertise, with the department being ranked highly in the Legal 500.

• You will be an Agriculture Lawyer with between NQ-5 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one training seat in the area from a firm well-known for this type of work
