We are looking for a Commercial Property Assistant Solicitor with a maximum of 2 years PQE to join our reputable and growing Commercial Property department.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills with the ability to manage his/her own caseload and work effectively as part of a team.

Highly driven and enthusiastic, the successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude for business development and marketing as well as an ability to cope with a high volume of good quality work and an appreciation of appropriate pricing and commerciality. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, commercial landlord and tenant and secured lending. Experience of providing property support on corporate transactions will be an advantage.
