Professional Support Lawyer - Oman

It is our pleasure to bring to the market quite a rare opportunity to join an award winning law firm as a Professional Support Lawyer / Knowledge Management Lawyer. This is a new position for the firm and would appeal to those individuals who thrive in a hands on, fast paced legal environment.

The firm in question has been through an exciting period of expansion over the last 18 months and as a result, have brought on board a significant amount of fresh talent to the region. With this in mind, the need has arisen to hire an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to become an integral member of the support team for the Partners and senior management. 

In joining the firm, your responsibilities will be varied but may include:

• Developing the firms knowledge management strategy
• Preparing and delivering training to colleagues and clients
• Providing support with all business development initiatives
• Keeping abreast of changes in local law and legislation
• Advising on legal developments affecting the firm and its clients
• Hold overall responsibility for the learning and development program 

The successful Lawyer will become an integral member of the firm and offer an unprecedented amount of support and structure to the current set up. In return, you will be attractively compensated and be afforded flexible working hours if required.
