Claimant RTA Solicitor - Legal 500 - Great Bonus

This local Merseyside law firm with a strong reputation and team of quality lawyers from top tier Legal 500 listed firms are seeking an RTA Solicitor to add to their stable department.

You will ideally be a 2 - 8 Year PQE Solicitor with experience of running a litigated caseload in a Legal 500 environment. You will be managing a caseload of 300 files with the assistance of a team of paralegals and be providing supervision to your team whilst they progress claims through the pre-litigated stages of a file. You will be managing a mix of both fast-track and multi-track files so exposure to higher value work will be a requirement. Whilst the majority of work will be personal injury based you may also be expected to deal with credit hire and uninsured loss recovery matters as well.
