Description
Associate Consultant - Page Personnel (part of Page Group).
You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.
Building a client and candidate portfolio and generating new business for the group through relationships, leads and proactive canvassing
Actively learning the role and also mapping out your place within the market
Profile
At Michael Page we believe in dynamic working so we want someone who is confident to ask questions and state when they need help and someone with the ability to organise their weekly schedule. You should be someone with the desire to challenge themselves.
Ideal candidate would of done Sales, Recruitment or anything which relates to sales or client relations
Furthermore you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills combined with a strong work ethic. Commercial acumen and the drive to achieve goals will also be critical to your success.
Job Offer
Associate Consultant - Page Personnel (part of Page Group).
£22,000 - £26,000 salary along with bonus and commission. We also have other benefits such as private health care and much more.
