Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is recruiting a Finance Associate to join the team in London. The Finance Team handles a rage of finance related matters including capital markets, structured finance, securitisations, Islamic finance, project and infrastructure finance, regulatory capital, derivatives and structured products.
The right candidate will have excellent academics and experience of or an interest in various structured finance investment classes including secured corporates, infrastructure finance, regulatory capital, project finance, bank lending and securitisations.
You can expect to work with sponsors, arrangers, debt investors, corporates, government and credit enhancement providers across a range of bond and loan financings.
