Corporate Solicitor

A progressive top 100 law firm has a requirement for a Corporate Associate with a good technical background to join a growing commercial team based in Cambridge with a focus on high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3-6 year PQE Corporate Solicitor with commercial awareness and varied wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

You will be involved in a broad range of matters including work on all companies act, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload with minimum supervision whilst working alongside and supporting the wider team.
