The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in St Albans. Becoming part of a dynamic firm, the successful Business Development Executive will concentrate on building the commercial dispute resolution and debt recovery client base; conducting research, utilising targeted leads and visiting clients throughout the Home Counties and into London. Experience of working to targets and liaising with clients and colleagues up to board level are essential for the position. A busy and varied role, the workload will also involve preparing pitches, cross-selling opportunities and assisting with tender applications when necessary.

The Candidate
You must be a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet sales-driven targets.
You will be IT literate, ideally with experience in the use of CRM systems.
You will be educated ideally to degree level.
Prior experience in professional services / legal environment would be advantageous.
You will be able to manage multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
An interest in the social media aspect of business development is desirable.
