Junior Banking/Finance Solicitor NQ + Legal 500 - West End
Our client, is a long established Legal 500 firm in the West End of London, provides a wide range of services for UK and International Clients. They are currently recruiting Banking Solicitor and will consider candidates from NQ upwards.You will be involved in a wide array of cross border transactions.
This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor who wants to work towards partnership, and the firm's criteria to achieve this is very meritocratic. You will be working with the Managing Partner on large banking, finance, Funds deals across the UK and internationally. You will be working in a small team of two Partners and one Associate.
Some Attributes my Client are looking for:
- Finance or banking experience, preferably debt capital markets;
- Alternatively corporate finance with experience of share listings;
- Experience of complex (multi-party, multi-document, time-driven) transactions.
