This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer or more experienced paralegal to join a diverse organisation offering plenty of variety and challenge.
You will work closely with the Commercial and Legal departments of this exciting and growing organisation.
Working within an existing legal team, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities calling upon the experience you have already gained to date.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing commercial legal advice and support to all group companies including corporate, commercial, employment, property and IP matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements to include property contracts, option agreements, banking facilities, commercial leases, employment agreements, and technology and software licenses.
- Supporting the Group Commercial Manager with a wide range of business critical projects.
- Support with tenders and contracts for review.
- Support to group during corporate transactions, share & Asset purchase agreements, due diligence and disclosure letters.
- Advising on and supporting employment matters.
Experience Required
You will be expected to have prior practical experience in a number of areas. You will be picking up a wide number of legal and commercial matters. Some prior practical experience and involvement with commercial contract drafting and negotiation is essential.
You will probably be looking for an entry point role into an organisation early in your qualification (0-2pqe) or have prior experience as a paralegal and looking for an interesting position to further your career.
You will have the added support of an experienced legal team who you will be able to learn from.
Practical experience however will be required.
