Our client is an international law firm who are seeking to appoint a real estate lawyer to join their office in the Netherlands. This leading law firm features heavily in the rankings and are highly rated across the board in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for a wide range of experience in multiple practice areas such as real estate, litigation and corporate. The team works on areas across real estate such as; land acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, grant of business leases, leisure and healthcare development work and property finance.
The team want a real estate lawyer 2-6 PQE. you will be advising fortune 500 clients on areas such as; property finance, acquisitions and disposals and leasehold constructions. You will also be advising investment companies in the purchase, sale and encumbrance of commercial real estate, advising in various projects, vesting of mortgages and the sale of newly built estates.
