Compliance Manager

Do you have experience working within international recruitment and are looking for a new, challenging role in a fast-paced, highly regarded leader in the staffing industry?

My client is looking for a Compliance Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team, to provide expertise in regulatory and ethical standards affecting the business on a multi-jurisdictional basis.

The role has great scope to develop and utilise the successful candidate's strengths and experience, though as an overview, the role will involve;

*Leading on the creation and implementation of policies and procedures across the business to ensure international contractor placements meet regulatory and ethical standards.
*Aligning compliance and risk management to the overall goals, strategy and vision of the Group.
*Effectively managing risk to include identifying, assessing, reporting on and escalating key issues across the Group.
*Working collaboratively with key members across the business to support and implement the strategy and values of the Group.
*Acting as an escalation point for compliance matters as well as taking on a leadership role, involving managing and overseeing the Legal & Compliance Assistant.

Relevant qualifications in compliance or other related legal fields are beneficial though not essential. The key requirement is significant prior experience within a compliance role in and international recruitment business.
