Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout East Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer/ Solicitor to join their office in Darwen and you will be working alongside the Property Partner.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion. The caseload will consist of; Sales & Purchases, Residential Leases, New Builds, Remortgages, Joint Ownership, Transfer of Equity, Right to Buy, Plot Sales and Tenancy Agreements.
The successful applicant will possess at least 2 Years experience within Residential Conveyancing and be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally you will have excellent communication and client care skills and be comfortable working under minimal supervision
