Property Lawyer

Our client, a leading law firm based in Blackburn is seeking to appoint an ambitious and driven Property Lawyer to handle a mixed caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients including Property Developers & Investors, Landlords and Private Individuals. You will be handling a range of mixed property matters covering; Sales & Acquisitions, Leases, Mortgages/ Remortgages, Buy to let, Trusts and Deeds issues.

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience within Residential & Commercial Property and ideally have managed a mixed caseload. Additionally you will have excellent communication skills and be passionate about contributing to the continued growth and development of the property department and wider firm by undertaking business development by attending networking events and conferences.
