our client, an award winning international law firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 Years PQE to join their Liverpool office.
This role will involve handling your own caseload of Property matters from Instruction to Completion and will cover; Acquisitions & Disposals, Licenses, Leases, Title Investigations, SDLT compliance on Properties in the Healthcare sector. Additionally you will be involved in developing existing client relationships.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of 2 Years PQE within Commercial Property and experience of dealing with Landlord & Tenant matters within the Healthcare sector. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of handling high volume caseloads.
