Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client, a long established and highly respected law firm based in Lancaster are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to progress their career and gain exposure to dealing with a varied and challenging caseload.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Property Development & Planning, Commercial Leases and Property Finance on behalf of SMEs, Surveyors, Property Developers, Architects and Property Investors.

The successful applicant will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience within Commercial Property and able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally you will work well in a team but also be comfortable working under minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
