Licensed Conveyancer or FILEX
My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join a well-known, CQS and Lexcel accredited, award winning law firm. The job would primarily based in their Chard office but the candidate would be required to work in any of the firm's three other offices in Seaton, Honiton and Axminster.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to progress their career within a busy and expanding property department. My client seeks somebody looking for high quality residential property work in a firm that values excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQ residential property experience, the ability to handle their own caseload with minimum supervision and will be expected to undertake a variety of Residential matters, such as advising clients on the buying and selling of properties, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages. Applications will be taken from less qualified candidates if they possess the relevent experience and skills to handle a busy caseload.
A competitive salary is on offer dependant on experience and additional benefits include 28 days holiday.
