Legal Counsel - Uxbridge

Due to continued growth a new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a busy team based in Uxbridge. This organisation is a fast growing, global business offering a broad range of commercial work. The position is initially on a 6 month fixed term contract with view to go perm. Salary c£50-60k (pro rata).

You will support the EMEA region with:

- drafting and negotating commercial agreements

- advising on HR and employment matters

- assisting on corporate transactions

- managing disputes

- instructing external counsel when required

To be considered for this role you will either have trained in private practice or in-house with experience in drafting commercial agreements. You will be able to manage a varied workload and demonstrate how you can effectively work with internal stakeholders to deliver projects and business initiatives.
