A leading global law firm is currently seeking a HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. The role is to start in July/August 2017 and will be an exciting opportunity for the incumbent to work collaboratively with their business group and the firm to support them in achieving their strategic goal.
The role responsibilities will include:
- To lead on a number of strategic HR projects and to partner and work closely with senior partners on the implementation of new initiatives
- Developing and delivering the annual HR plan, aimed to driving employee engagement and a higher performance culture
- Advising on HR policy, making recommendations and appropriate decisions
- Providing one to one guidance and coaching to partners on all HR matters
- Looking for opportunities to improve internal processes and working with the appropriate teams to implement these changes
The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a similar role within a professional services environment. An in-depth working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation is required as well as change/project management experience. This role will be heavily involved in commanding the strategic direction of the client group so it's important that this individual can work effectively with senior leaders and demonstrate a flexible, client focused approach.
