Our client is a top media and entertainment brand. It produces and distributes a high quality range of entertainment programmes enjoyed by audiences around the world. It is multi-genre and has recently successfully acquired some new content generators, adding to its impressive range of programming.
The legal team is hiring a Business and Legal Affairs Executive to join them and look after all commercial and legal aspects of programme acquisition agreements for their channels across Italy, France and Spain.
This role will include negotiation of the commercial and legal aspects of distribution deals across various territories and the UK regions.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a good level of business affairs experience. You will also have a detailed knowledge of TV production, distribution and acquisition of content.
In terms of level, if you are interested in applying, you will ideally be a newly qualified solicitor-2 years' post qualified experience. You will be comfortable working in a business affairs team in the Media and Entertainment industry and ideally be a qualified solicitor.
Someone who is fun, passionate about what they do, dynamic and confident will be essential to success in the role.
