As the chosen Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll play an important part in maintaining the high levels of service that the department wishes to continue to provide to its impressive, expanding client base. You'll be joining a proven, successful Property Team, who manage a wide variety of interesting work from traditional conveyancing, commercial property, company work through to land acquisition, agricultural matters and option agreements.
The role involves undertaking all forms of commercial property and land development work, and having early responsibilities to build and develop your own case load. A proven track record with good experience in Commercial Property from an established firm would be ideal and in return, my client is offering a competitive salary and supportive, modern working environment.
The successful candidate will well-rounded and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoying the participation of marketing and networking activities involving existing and prospective clients and contacts. It will be expected you are keen on maintaining and improving client care and that you have drive, energy and enthusiasm and can already demonstrate an excellent work ethic.
