Well-regarded practice requires an additional Residential Conveyancer in Beverley.
A dynamic practice with a progressive outlook, our client is a multi-office firm with a long history of serving clients throughout Yorkshire and the North East. The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Residential Conveyancer to join our clients’ flourishing and CQS accredited practice. With a choice of offices throughout the area from which to be based; the successful Conveyancer will manage a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases for clients based locally and further afield. The caseload may include: freehold and leasehold transactions; transfers of equity; first registrations; remortgages and; new builds. The ideal Solicitor will also participate in business development activities, liaising with lenders and estate agents on a regular basis.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 12 months’ solid experience managing a full Residential Property caseload.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be IT literate.
Prior experience working under the CQS scheme would be advantageous.
An aptitude for business development is desirable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and external professionals being essential for the position.
