Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in the Northern Home Counties.
THE ROLE
This is a role for an experienced corporate solicitor to work alongside two of the firm's corporate partners.
The work will include mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, partnerships, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
Clients include those in financial services and banking as well as listed companies, a range of household names and a number of industry leading companies.
