Position - Housing Paralegal
Landlord & Tenant/Housing Law Litigation/

A new opportunity has opened for a Paralegal or Caseworker to join a Landlord and Housing focused law firm based in North West London. The firm have developed a particular niche in representing private landlords of all ilk's in contentious matters they have with tenants, witnessing considerable growth in business in the past few years, As such they are now looking to hire a fee earner with experience in handling a large caseload of litigated matters on behalf of landlords. In particular, the firm are looking for a lawyer with experience in handling cases covering residential possession proceedings. In turn this is a great opportunity for a experienced caseworker looking to work in a busy environment that isn't short of incoming work and has rewards matching the pace of work.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in Housing law litigation.
- Experience representing landlords.
- Experience in residential possession matters.
