Agricultural Solicitor/Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge
Ideally with between 1-5 years PQE in commercial property or agricultural property work.
Suitable for those with experience of agricultural work or commercial property solicitors looking to move into this specialist area within a growing legal 500 and chambers listed firm and become a lawyer in this in demand area of law, setting yourself up for a successful and lucrative career.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of 10 friendly and supportive lawyers currently within the department making this one of the strongest specialist teams of its type in the area. Due to the strength of the department the firm will also consider commercial property solicitors with a desire to move into this specialist side of things and develop a career for themselves in this niche area and set themselves up for a promising and progressive career in this area of law.

The department deals with issues such as the sale and purchase of farms, farmland and other agricultural property, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, development of land issues and lease issues surrounding agricultural land and property. They are able to attract a steady stream of excellent quality work from large farm owners and landed estates due to their expertise in this area and are widely regarded as being the "go to firm" for work of this nature. Therefore the work is of good commercial quality, but is merely specialising in this particular sector.
