Conveyancing Fee Earner - Commercial Law Firm

Our client is a large, dynamic commercial law firm in the heart of Liverpool.

The firm have a small but talented Residential Property Team which acts as a very useful add on to its Private Client and Residential Development Departments.

They are looking to recruit an experienced proeprty fee earner to deal with a range of conveyancing matters including routine sales/purchases, London transactions, high net worth properties, lease extensions and other complex transactions.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head of Department as well as other junior members of the team and will be expected to deal with a varied caseload of property matters.

Administrative support is available.

This is a great opportunity to work for a forward thinking and friendly firm in a fantastic location. Staff parking is available. Salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 for the right candidate.

Applicants who are Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced fee earners (non-qualified) are welcomed.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered.

To be considered you must have previous experience using case management software, digital dictation along with the ability to support other team members as and when necessary.
