With multiple offices based around the West Yorkshire region our client, an established and well respected firm is able to provide high quality legal services to individuals and businesses. Due to this continued success this award winning firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a full time permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the successful Commercial Property Solicitor to manage an existing caseload acting for a wide range of clients on transactions such as: the acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio work and estate management.

Applications for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitor with at least 2-4 years' PQE who have a flair for business development and enjoys marketing. Ideally the successful candidate will be technically competent and be a team player.
